MINUTES: 

1 Guest Speaker. George Martin gave a very interesting talk on planning issues being considered for our area. He fielded many questions including road transport where he recommended people write to HCC Highways Department, Charlie Watson with specific comments on the Sbw Relief Road. He generously supplied us with 5 copies of the full Consultative Document and we thank him for giving an evening of his time.

NOTE: Those who took copies of the report please return to the next meeting for others to read. Comments to the document have to be in by 10^th June ’99.
